Today I noticed something interesting at Skechers.
(It was a small detail that spoke loudly)
I walked into a Skechers outlet this afternoon.
Almost every worker on the floor wore Skechers shoes.
I started asking a few people the same question.
"Did the company give these to you?"
or "Did you buy them yourself?"
Most said the company provided them.
Some said they bought them with a staff discount.
Either way, the uniformity was striking.
Later I visited REDTAPE LIMITED retail nearby.
There, staff wore many different brands.
The contrast was clear and immediate.
What I learned from this quick visit:
♡ Uniform shoes can boost brand visibility
♡ It signals care for employee comfort
♡ It strengthens brand positioning in-store
♡ It creates a cohesive and professional look
♡ Customers notice small consistent details
I don’t know if it’s a strategy or culture.
But giving employees brand gear matters.
It makes the brand feel lived and trusted.
PS. Small acts like this shape big perceptions.
