Last week, I noticed something strange on LinkedIn…
- I was scrolling through my feed.
- Liking a few posts.
- Commenting here and there.
And then it hit me: almost 70% of the content looked exactly the same.
Same advice.
Same structure.
Same “5 hacks to grow.”
And yet… some creators were still getting insane engagement.
So I dug a little deeper.
Here’s what I discovered 👇
The creators who truly win on LinkedIn don’t just share information.
They create memory moments.
What’s a memory moment?
Instead of “5 tips to grow,” they tell a story: how they failed, what they learned, and the one tip that actually worked.
The algorithm? It eats that up.
Longer reads → more engagement → more reach.
If you want to grow your LinkedIn presence, ask yourself:
👉 Does my post create a memory moment?
👉 Will someone remember this tomorrow?
Information teaches.
Stories stick.
PS: Next time you post, don’t ask:
“What should I write?”
Ask:
“What do I want them to remember?”
That tiny shift? It can change everything.
