๐Ÿšจ โ€œWeโ€™re Hiring! โ‚น40K/month, WFH, No Interviewโ€ โ€“ Sounds too good to be true? It probably is. Lately, Iโ€™ve noticed a flood of job posts on LinkedIn offering high in-hand salaries, remote work, weekends off โ€“ all with zero application process, just a phone number in the caption. And hereโ€™s the problem: ๐Ÿ”น Many graduates fall for it, hoping for a quick opportunity ๐Ÿ”น These posts often lack company names, role clarity, or proper application links ๐Ÿ”น Some even lead to data collection scams or fake job consultancies In a competitive job market, too-good-to-be-true offers exploit hope. They prey on those urgently seeking work, especially freshers. And the algorithm rewards them โ€“ likes, comments, shares โ€“ giving them more visibility than legitimate opportunities. โœ… Before engaging with a job post: ๐Ÿ”น Look for company details & verified profiles ๐Ÿ”น Never share your CV or personal info over WhatsApp without research ๐Ÿ”น Use platforms like LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri, or the companyโ€™s careers page ๐Ÿ™Œ Letโ€™s make LinkedIn a safe, trusted space. If youโ€™ve ever encountered or fallen for such a post, youโ€™re not alone โ€“ and your story could help someone else. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Drop your thoughts below: Have you come across posts like this? ๐Ÿšจ 700 freshers just lost their jobs overnight! ๐Ÿšจ Imagine working hard for years, landing your first job, and thenโ€”without warningโ€”being told you're no longer needed. This is exactly what happened to 700 freshers at Infosys. If youโ€™re a new graduate, this is terrifying. If youโ€™re in tech, you know this could happen to anyone. ๐Ÿ’ก So, what needs to change? For fresh graduates, a first job is more than just a paycheckโ€”itโ€™s the beginning of their career. They invest time, energy, and hope into their roles, expecting stability. But mass layoffs, like the one at Infosys, shatter that trust. ๐Ÿ’” No notice. No job security. No clear answers. This isnโ€™t just about one company. Itโ€™s a wake-up call for the entire tech industry. How can we create a fairer, more stable workplace for freshers and employees? Hereโ€™s what needs to change: โœ… Job security & clear communication โ€“ No one should wake up jobless without warning. โœ… Ethical corporate practices โ€“ Employees are people, not numbers. โœ… Mental health support โ€“ Losing a job is more than financialโ€”itโ€™s emotional. โœ… Stronger labor protections โ€“ Freshers deserve better safeguards. ๐Ÿ’ฌ What do you think? โžก๏ธ Have you or someone you know faced a layoff? โžก๏ธ How should companies handle these situations better? #TechLayoffs #JobCuts #InfosysLayoffs #MassLayoffs #JobSecurity #Freshers #Graduates #CareerGrowth #CorporateEthics #FairWorkplace #EmployeeRights

๐ŸŽก Spin the Wheel at Microsoftโ€ฆ and Suddenly Iโ€™m on Stage?! ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ“Š From dashboards to dares โ€” what started as a day of data turned into a personal growth moment Iโ€™ll never forget. Recently , I had the privilege of attending the Microsoft Power BI Post Birthday Showcase Event hosted by the Microsoft User Group: Uttar Pradesh Power BI Club at the Microsoft Office. It was a power-packed day filled with insights, creativity, and surprise challenges โ€” but one moment stood out. ๐ŸŽฏ Dare to Win Challenge My name appeared on the spin wheel. The dare? Walk to the center of the audience and deliver a random, Sentence . Topic? I didnโ€™t even understand it fully ๐Ÿ˜…. Was I nervous? Definitely. Did I back out? Not at all. I took the mic, faced the audience, and just spoke from the heart. It wasnโ€™t perfect, but it was real, unscripted, and one of the most memorable moments of the day. The applause, the cheers, the surprise goodies ๐ŸŽ โ€” they all reminded me that growth often hides behind discomfort. โœจ What I walked away with: โœ… Practical learnings โœ… New connections โœ… Confidence from saying โ€œyesโ€ โœ… And deeper love for this inspiring data community. ๐Ÿ“ธ Sharing a few snapshots from this incredible experience. ๐Ÿ™Œ And now, the real heroes of the day โ€” the speakers who made Connectโ€™25 truly impactful: Kavita Behera โ€“ Design Thinking for Effective Data Presentation: Showed how thoughtful design can elevate data communication through layout, color, and charts. Ayush Goyal โ€“ Pixels with Purpose: SVG Visuals for Powerful Insights: Demonstrated creative use of SVGs and Figma in Power BI for powerful visuals. Mansi Yadav โ€“ Data Storytelling in Power BI: Gave practical tips to make dashboards interactive and meaningful through storytelling. Avishek Arora & Ashish Ranjan โ€“ Analytics in the Era of AI: Highlighted how AI is transforming analytics into predictive and interactive experiences. ๐Ÿ™ Big thanks to the organizers, speakers, and fellow attendees โ€” your energy, insights, and encouragement made this event unforgettable. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Ever said โ€œyesโ€ to something uncomfortable โ€” and surprised yourself? Iโ€™d love to hear your moment in the comments!
